Regarding allergies, fatigue and general health:
I have seen Robin Hays for over fifteen years. If it had not been for the acupuncture treatments I received from Dr. Hays, I would not be alive today at the age of 82. At my first treatment, I was very ill after having all of my silver fillings removed. The multiple allergies, general weakness, adrenal exhaustion and illness that came with the mercury poisoning had put me at death's edge.

Allergies
It took me a long time to find someone I felt comfortable to try for acupuncture. I needed someone that spoke clear English, could communicate with me, was confident and could explain how she could help me. I had 20 years of allergy shots for animals, trees, grass and molds. When my dog delivered 9 puppies, my allergies went wild. I met with Robin who began treatment for my dog allergies...well to say it has been effective is putting it mildly. I can hold my dogs on my lap, hug them, kiss them, snuggle them without a sniffle. She has also treated my other allergies with the same success. I will go back for my pork and lamb allergies next!... I want to eat some pork ribs :-)
The procedure: Well, I fall asleep every time if that tells you anything! I feel great following my treatment and like the fact that Robin is always thinking of ways to treat me to get maximum results. She is a true professional with the ability to immediately put you at ease.
If you have any curiosity about trying acupuncture, I sincerely recommend you make an appointment to meet with her. You will be glad you did!! I certainly am.

Back Pain, Allergies, Anxiety
Dr. Robin Hays is an excellent acupunturist who I'd recommend to everyone! Name the ailment, and she has a solution. I went to her with back pain, allergies, and anxiety. I saw the biggest improvement in my anxiety. I'm normally a high-strung individual, and when stressed, I tend to get irritable or irrational. After the first session with Dr. Hays, I noticed a difference. My allergies improved (some people say that your allergies can be healed completely through acupuncture ... I have very bad allergies, so I still have them, but they've definitely improved). I also noticed a difference in my general anxiety and irritability. Little things that would normally make me mad didn't bother me so much. I felt much more level headed.
Dr. Hays also is very professional and knowledgeable. I've been treated by four acupuncturists. She was the only one whose treatment was pain-free. Also, some acupuncturists I've seen didn't speak english very well. I had a hard time conveying my ailments to them. For example, one treated me for nausea instead of anxiety.
You should definitely go to the Natural Health Center. The rooms have peaceful decorations and soft carpet. There's relaxing music playing in the background. The staff is very kind.
Robin Hays can help you! She's excellent at what she does, and it's no wonder that she's won so many awards for her skills in acupuncture. While I've seen only four acupuncturists in the Bay Area, I think it's safe to say that Dr Hays is one of the best. It would be very hard to find someone else with her skill and talent.

Allergies & Hay Fever
In the spring, as the grasses go to seed, I begin to get hay fever. Over the years the symptoms grew worse and worse, to the point where over the counter medications ceased to be effective.
In searching for relief, I decided to try acupuncture. Dr. Hays provided a series of treatments that provided immediate results, After each appointment there was a noticable improvement in my breathing and reduction in eye irritation
I was initially skeptical about using acupuncture as a treatment for my hav fever. The results, however, speak for themselves. Not only was the relief immediate, it has had lasting impact. This past year I experienced the least discomfort in hay fever season in recent memory (without the need for additional treatments).
I can't say enough about the care that Robin provides... and it works!!!!
